At Serum Works, we specialise in small-batch, boutique skincare manufacturing. Every product is handmade with care, precision, and a personal touch, right here on site.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, tailored solutions that bring your brand’s vision to life.

We manage the full process in-house; from manufacturing, filling, and packing through to labelling and order fulfillment. All raw materials are sourced from accredited Australian suppliers, and every ingredient we use is vegan-friendly and free from petroleum derivatives.

Filling & Packaging

We offer flexible filling and packaging solutions to suit your needs. Products can be filled into our range of ready-to-go bottles and jars, or into custom packaging provided by you.

Please note: at this time we are unable to fill or seal tubes.

Labelling Services

We offer flexible labelling solutions to suit different stages of your business:

• Sample Labelling – We have templates available for each of our ready-to-go products.

  • While we don’t provide graphic design, we can incorporate your company logo into these templates for proofing and samples. Cost: $1.20 per label. Printing is limited to matte white label paper.

  • This is usually used for proofing purposes and is completed on site.

• Recommended External Partners – For polished, retail-ready labels, we recommend working with external print providers. We’re happy to suggest trusted companies.

  • Approximate MOQ 200–300 units. Options include coloured backings, waterproof coatings, and foil stamping and premium finishes.
